Gary Loder exits Gersh

Head of TV lit unit leaves agency after five years

Gary Loder, partner and head of the Gersh Agency's TV lit department, has exited after five years at the agency.

Rob Golenberg and Jack Dytman are taking over as co-heards of the department that includes five other agents.

Loder joined Gersh in 2003 after 24 years at WMA.

His clients include such writer-producers as Ira Steven Behr ("The 4400"), Michael Pavone ("Side Order of Life") and Lew Schneider ("Everybody Loves Raymond").

It's unclear where Loder might be headed or what clients will be following him.

Loder's exit at Gersh follows the recent departure of talent agent Warren Zavala, who went to CAA.

Dytman joined Gersh as a partner and senior vp in 2006, when the agency acquired his boutique literary agency Dytman & Associates.

Golenberg came to Gersh in 2002 as head of TV packaging after a stint at AMG.
