A second trailer for 9/11 has debuted, and it goes behind the scenes of the true-life drama.
Charlie Sheen, Whoopi Goldberg, Luis Guzman, Gina Gershon, Wood Harris, Jacqueline Bisset, Olga Fonda and Bruce Davison make up the ensemble cast of the R-rated drama, directed by Martin Guigui from a script he co-wrote with Steven Golebiowski.
The new preview, which begins with an archival voiceover by then-president George W. Bush and also introduces the families of the five people who find themselves trapped in an elevator of the World Trade Center’s North Tower, briefly chats with Sheen, Gershon and Guzman about the project. Says Sheen of the film: “It’s really a story about honoring those that didn’t make it and those that did.”
Atlas Distribution Company releases 9/11 on Sept. 8.
