Actor Aaron Johnson and director Sam Taylor-Wood have tied the knot, after a years-long courtship that began after the couple met on the set of the 2009 John Lennon biopic Nowhere Boy.
Johnson, 22, and Taylor-Wood, 45, were married Thursday in Somerset, England, the Associated Press reports. According to a statement released by the couple, the bride wore a dress by Sarah Burton of Alexander McQueen. The groom wore a suit by Tom Ford.

The couple have two young daughters together, Wylda Rae, 23 months and Romy Hero, 5 months. Taylor-Wood has two older daughters from a previous marriage.
Johnson and Taylor-Wood began a relationship after working together on Nowhere Boy, which Taylor-Wood directed and Johnson starred in. The age difference between the two turned heads in early 2010 when they made their romance public.
“I’ve got a wonderful woman. I’m an old soul, and she’s a young soul,” Johnson explained last year.
The new family will go by the surname Taylor-Johnson. Johnson can next bee seen in Oliver Stone’s The Savages and this fall in Anna Karenina. There is also talk of him reprising his role as a would-be superhero Dave Lizewski in a Kick-Ass sequel.
