Everyone’s been talking about a certain magazine cover (ahem, Caitlyn) but Hayley Atwell, who recently appeared on the cover of a German TV magazine, was more concerned about her own “new” image.

A fan tweeted a photo of the cover and tagged the actress with the caption: “Why are you so beautiful?”

Noting the airbrushing (and a little added cleavage), the 33-year-old eloquently pointed out the heavy-handed touch-ups, responding: “Why am I so Photoshopped?”

The English actress’ response perfectly called out the German mag’s elaborate retouching while also bringing attention to the much-maligned fact that there is sadly still a significant amount of Photoshopped imagery being touted as real. Though Atwell, who stars as the title character in Marvel’s Agent Carter, looks gorgeous either way, we applaud her conscious efforts to point out when Photoshop goes a little too far.
