
ALL MY CHILDREN - ABC Daytime and TV Land have joined forces to create an unprecedented network event where characters from "All My Children" and "Hot in Cleveland" cross-over to continue a story line established on last season's "Hot in Cleveland." The story revolves around Wendie Malick's character, Victoria Chase, and her industry nemesis, Susan Lucci. The episode depicted in the photos from "All My Children" will air on February 24, 2011. "All My Children" airs Monday-Friday (1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

The denizens of Pine Valley signed off from network television Friday with ABC’s final episode of All My Children. The Agnes Nixon-created show ran for 41 years and was notable for addressing social issues such as war, homosexuality, race, rape, incest and AIDS — taboo subjects on other soaps.
It also was the starting point for numerous actors including Sarah Michelle Gellar, The Fighter‘s Melissa Leo and Mischa Barton.

Susan Lucci, Michael E. Knight, Debbie Morgan and David Canary are among the drama’s longtime cast members who may or may not participate in the show when it moves online for a web series produced by Prospect Park.

1990: Year Kelly Ripa joined All My Children. The end of the show is “like losing a member of your family,” she said.

18: Number of times Susan Lucci was nominated for best actress before finally winning. By 2011, she had been nominated 21 times.
1999: Year Lucci finally won her first Emmy. “There’s something to be said for anticipation. It’s not all bad,” she joked.
2: Emmy wins for Darnell Williams for portraying Jesse Hubbard. One prize was for supporting actor and the other was for lead actor for the same character.
1: The only African-American actress to ever win a Daytime Emmy is Debbie Morgan, who played Angie Hubbard.
5: Number of Emmys won by David Canary for doing double duty as ruthless tycoon Adam Chandler and his simple-minded twin brother Stuart Chandler.
1: Primetime Emmy win for Mary Fickett. The actress won the prize in 1973 for an episode in which her character expressed her misgivings about the Vietnam War. Fickett died Sept. 8 of Alzheimer’s.
