Shadowhunters‘ Emeraude Toubia has signed with APA, The Hollywood Reporter has exclusively learned.
Before her big break as Isabelle Lightwood on Freeform’s adaptation of the hit YA series The Mortal Instruments, Toubia, who is of Mexican and Lebanese descent, appeared in youth and primetime telenovelas in the Latin American market.
Born in Vancouver and raised in Brownsville, Texas, she has been crowned Miss South Texas, Miss Rio Grande Valley America and Miss Brownsville Teen, and then went on to book commercial campaigns for brands including Maybelline, JCPenney, State Farm and Sony.
Toubia continues to be repped by managers Liam Scholey and Andres Budnik of Vision Entertainment.
