Stars including Kaley Cuoco, Ashley Madekwe, Minnie Driver, Alessandra Ambrosio and Mandy Moore came out to support the fourth annual Veuve Clicquot classic.
Headlining and co-hosting Saturday’s event were Argentine polo player Nacho Figueras and his wife, Delfina Blaquier, along with Rachel Zoe and husband Rodger Berman.
Figueras, a world-renowned polo player and team captain of Black Watch, brought his sport to Will Rogers Historic Park in the hopes of not only showing polo to the people of L.A but to help support the historic park.
“I read and found out that this was the only polo field left out of 22 that the L.A area used to have, and we heard that the park was having some trouble,” said Figueras. “I started learning about the history of Will Rogers, Spencer Tracy andClark Gable and all these guys playing polo here, and I thought, ‘Wouldn’t it be great to bring polo back?’”

A pregnant Zoe came to the event wearing a navy blue dress with baby Skylar and was excited to return and co-host the event with Figueras and his family. “Whenever it started is when we started. Nacho and Delfina are very dear friends of ours for many years,” she said. “When they asked us to co-host it was an immediate yes, we have a great relationship with Veuve Clicquot, and we’re huge polo fans.”
Zoe also talked about juggling her firstborn, being pregnant again, managing her schedule wisely and still looking fabulous while doing it.
“I think it’s just harder, when you have other children, it’s harder to be pregnant. I think the first time you can just be pregnant and live your pregnant life and when you have a toddler pulling at you it’s just all the attention on them,” she said. “I just take every single day one at a time and try to get through it. Every pregnancy is different so there aren’t any rules.”
Besides coming for the lovely wine, many guests were really excited to see how the game of polo was played. “I’ve never been to a polo match before, and I’m really excited I don’t have to fly to Europe to see one,” said Dexter’s Aimee Garcia.
Driver, who is an avid fan of the sport, found time in her busy schedule to watch the festivities.
“My dad was a polo player and had a polo team,” she said. “I love watching and playing the game.”
