The Black Keys’ Dan Auerbach has finally settled his divorce, but not without casualties.
Among them, according to TMZ, is what appears to be a lock of legendary rocker Bob Dylan‘s hair. According to documents filed in Tennessee this week, the former couple owned an asset titled “Bob Dylan’s Hair,” which Auerbach agreed to part with in the settlement. Additionally, Auerbach’s ex-wife, Stephanie Gonis, will receive more than $5 million, a 2012 Toyota Highlander and one of the family’s homes.

The Auerbach divorce had grown increasingly ugly in recent months, with the musician claiming that Gonis had tried to commit suicide twice in one day — once by slashing her leg open in front of their young daughter, 5-year-old Sadie Little, and later by starting a fire that could have destroyed their house.
According to a Billboard report earlier this month, Auerbach retains custody of his daughter while Gonis was granted supervised visits.
Meanwhile, Auerbach found himself embroiled in fellow Nashville artist Jack White‘s similarly nasty divorce, with White allegedly demanding to have his children removed from the same school as Auerbach’s daughter. White has accused Auerbach of copying his musical aesthetic.
“My concern with Auerbach is because I don’t want the kids involved in any of that crap,” White wrote in an e-mail submitted to the courts by his estranged wife, Karen Elson. “That’s a possible 12 f—ing years I’m going to have to be sitting in kids chairs next to that asshole with other people trying to lump us together. He gets yet another free reign [sic] to follow me around and copy me and push himself into my world.”
