The late comedy legend's Toluca Lake property includes eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a one-hole golf course.

The historical property formerly owned by Bob Hope has been listed for $21.8 million.

Built in 1939, the Toluca Lake estate was designed by architect Robert Finkelhor and remodeled in the 1950s by John Elgin Woolf.

The main house features an indoor pool and spa, outdoor pool and patios, plus a guest house with a one-hole golf course and motor courts with expensive gardens.

The eight-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate also expands across 3.86 acres with staff quarters and offices.
