Fashion folk in Los Angeles and beyond are very tuned into Decades, the two-story vintage shop on Melrose Avenue between La Cienega and Crescent Heights Boulevards.
Cameron Silver is the proprietor of the top floor haute couture and high-end vintage collection of clothing, jewelry and bags. Christos Garkinos runs the first floor shop, which features more recently worn (and highly desired) designer items by Chanel, Balenciaga, Givenchy, Azzedine, Rick Owens, Prada and more. Now Bravo is turning their adventures into a new reality show tentatively called Decades, and announced the show has been greenlit.

Decades is being produced by True Entertainment with Glenda Hersh, Steven Weinstock, Matt Hanna, Kathryn Vaughan and Lauren Eskelin serving as executive producers.
THR asked Silver, who doubles as a celebrity stylist (he styled Melissa McCarthy for the 2012 Oscars) to describe the show:
“This show explores the glamour of the Decades from the anxiety of dressing a celeb for an award season red carpet to procuring a stash of vintage 60s Norman Norell from the unassuming son of a deceased San Francisco socialite. You’ll see your fair share of Balmain and Birkins, a trip to the famous Paris flea markets, and the frenzy of our annual $150 shoe sale where customers line up in the wee hours of the morning and make a mad dash for the bargain Blahniks and Louboutins!”
Garkinos spoke about the process of shooting the show:
“Filming our new series has been such an awesome experience,” Garkinos said. “We couldn’t be happier working with Bravo. Cameron and I are so excited to be premiering this show, which will definitely give a revealing insider’s look at the best in what we like to call ‘pre-loved luxury.’”

Garkinos couldn’t reveal which celebs would be appearing on the show, but said the pair’s “celebrity and industry clientele are being incredibly supportive,” a fact that would be apparent when the show premiered.
Bravo hasn’t announced when the new show will hit the airwaves, but we’re looking forward to seeing the adventures of these two fashion entrepreneurs.
