While the Denver native — most notable for her roles in Tim Burton’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Soul Surfer — will be filling the signature Manolo’s of Sarah Jessica Parker’s title role on-screen, she is sporting a different shoe designer in her spare time.
“I recently purchased these olive Rag and Bone booties,” she said. “They have just enough of a heel to give me some height, but they are very comfortable, which is key.”
The actress always looks comfortable, whether hosting events or walking the red carpet in a multitude of casually chic looks (think: a flirty-floral Alice+Olivia number at the CW Upfronts and a bold, bright blue flowy Erin by Erin Fetherston dress at the Fekkai Mademoiselle event during Fashion’s Night Out).
Robb took some time to talk style with THR, before her show’s world premiere Oct. 22 at the New York TV Festival.
Honestly, I’m just getting acquainted with the fashion world so I don’t really have any go-to’s yet. But recently I’ve been wearing Free People and Rag and Bone just walking around, and on the carpet I like to mix it up.

Now that I’m in the city, everywhere! It’s terrible for my budgeting but there are so many cool places to shop in New York. I like stumbling into little vintage shops in Brooklyn.
Everyday. Recently my scarf got caught in my bag and I struggled for a while trying to get it out and missed the subway.
FAVORITE RED CARPET MOMENT
That’s a tough one, usually I’m so overwhelmed by all the people and flashing lights I forget what occurs on the red carpet. It’s nice running into people you know…then the whole press thing feels more personal.
