Christopher Dorner — the ex-police officer suspected in the killing of three people in alleged revenge slayings — is still on the run after authorities launched a massive manhunt for him in Southern California.
STORY: L.A. Fugitive Christopher Dorner Reveals Strong Opinions on Hollywood in Bizarre Manifesto
Anger Management star Charlie Sheen, who was one of the celebrities listed in Dorner’s lengthy online manifesto, decided to record a video to Dorner to personally entreat him to end the standoff.
“You mentioned me in your manifesto, so thank you for your kind words. I am urging you to call me,” said Sheen in a video posted on TMZ. “Let’s figure out together how to end this thing.”
“Call me, I look forward to talking to you,” the actor concluded.
Dorner took particular interest in addressing Hollywood personalities by name in his manifesto and criticizing or praising their work.
“Charlie Sheen, you’re effin awesome,” the ex-officer wrote in the document.
The suspect also sent a parcel to Anderson Cooper (also listed in the manifesto) that contained a note, DVD and coin shot with “bullet holes,” the CNN anchor stated Friday.
