Conde Nast Entertainment president Dawn Ostroff and Hulu CEO Jason Kilar will bring content to Cannes for Media Mastermind keynote addresses at this year’s MIPCOM.
Ostroff will talk about how, even as the global media landscape evolves, storytelling is just as relevant as ever.
Her keynote “It’s Not Just Platform, It’s Storyline: Compelling Entertainment for the Digital Age” will focus on how a well-told and well-produced story is the secret to success. She’ll share her insights on how Conde Nast has leveraged its storytelling ability to bring quality content to its many publishing platforms.
Kilar’s keynote will focus on how Hulu sets itself apart from other online video services to provide unique content to users, advertisers and content partners. Kilar will also focus on how the TV industry continues to evolve as content creators use digital platforms like Hulu to distribute their products. Hulu is a joint venture between NBC Universal, News Corporation and The Walt Disney Company.
Ostroff and Kilar will join History and Lifetime networks’ president and general manager Nancy Dubuc and president of One Three Media Mark Burnett who have already been announced as Media Mastermind keynoters.
The 2012 MIPCOM market will run Oct 8 – 11 in Cannes.
