AP ImagesJust when you thought David Beckham couldn’t get any sweeter with his fatherly displays of affection, he’s topped himself. The footballer debuted new ink over the weekend, and it’s a tribute to none other than his 4-year-old daughter, Harper.

The new piece of body art, which reads “Pretty Lady” in a pinkish hue with a heart, was done by Mark Mahoney of Shamrock Social Club, the celeb-frequented Sunset Boulevard tattoo hot spot. (Other stars who have been inked there include Brad Pitt, Cate Blanchett, Jared Leto and Adele.)

Before sharing the final result on Instagram — which he captioned “Hey Pretty Lady…Just adding to the collection of tattoos that mean so much to me,” Beckham posted a shot of the in-progress job. The placement: his neck, above the existing tattoo of Harper’s name. It seems pretty clear his daughter with Victoria Beckham is a true daddy’s girl.
