The People v. O.J. Simpson‘s D.V. DeVincentis won the Emmy for best writing for a limited series, movie or dramatic special for the episode “Marcia, Marcia, Marcia” on Sunday night.
The show beat out FX’s Fargo, “Loplop,” written by Bob DeLaurentis; Fargo, “Palindrome,” written by Noah Hawley; AMC’s The Night Manager, written by David Farr; FX’s The People v. O.J. Simpson, “From the Ashes of Tragedy,” written by Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski; and The People v. O.J. Simpson, “The Race Card,” written by Joe Robert Cole.
Jimmy Kimmel hosted the 2016 Primetime Emmy Awards, airing live on ABC from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
