It wouldn't have been a big outing of British music star power without Sir Elton John. Dressed in a typicallt subtle (or not) pink glitter suit, he had the crowd - including Prince William and wife Kate Middleton - singing and clapping along to such hits as "I'm Still Standing" and "Crocodile Rock."

LONDON –Elton John has rocked up at the top of the U.K. album chart for his first chart-topper in more than 20 years.
The British star’s collaboration with Australian electro-duo Pnau Good Morning To The Night, went straight in a number one, replacing singer-songwriter Newton Faulkner, whose album Write It On Your Skin fell 10 places.
Elton’s collaboration with Pnau sees the veteran’s early 1970s catalogue refashioned into eight new songs.
When it initially launched, Amazon was selling an MP3 version for an offer price of £3.99 ($6.23). The CD is currently available for just £6 ($9.37).
Good Morning To The Night marks John’s first number one album since November 1990 when his greatest hits package The Very Best of Elton John, topped the album chart here. His last original album to top the charts was Sleeping With The Past in June that year.
