Endemol Shine, the new production giant created by the three-way merger of Endemol, Shine Group and Core Media, is quickly taking shape.
Following the unveiling of a new joint sales operation and a rejigged executive structure for its Scandinavian operations, Endemol Shine on Monday unveiled Endemol Shine Creative Networks, a new unit merging the companies’ creative and format sales operations.
Lisa Perrin, currently managing director of Shine Networks, will head up the new division as managing director. Iris Boelhouwer, Endemol’s managing director of creative operations, will be leaving the company this summer following a transition phase.
Endemol Shine’s format sales and acquisitions business will be managed separately by Ana Langenberg, who becomes the new global head of format distribution for Endemol Shine, reporting to group commercial officer Boudewijn Beusmans.
