LONDON — Entertainment One has snapped up U.S.-based brand and licensing agency Art Impressions, led by founder and owner Cindy Bailey.
The deal is part of the Canadian based company’s ambitions to expand eOne Licensing’s U.S.-based operation, the company said.
Art Impressions brings a track record in the U.S. market as well as an international lifestyle brand management business.
eOne Licensing, in the wake of the deal, will handle brands across all divisions of eOne, including film, TV, music and family, and exploit rights across all media worldwide.

eOne Family and eOne Licensing have been active in the U.S. market since launching children’s animation show Peppa Pig on Nick Jr. in 2010, and subsequently securing licensing and merchandising partnerships with Fisher Price and Scholastic.
Based in Calabasas, California, Art Impressions specializes in lifestyle brand creation across all key demographics.
The company handles brands SO SO Happy and Skelanimals.
No financial details were revealed.
