The day is almost upon us: Rihanna’s Fenty x Puma is coming to stores next week, so brace yourselves for madness.
The Japanese street style-inspired collection, which Riri debuted at New York Fashion Week in February, will be available at retailers including Bergdorf Goodman, Six:02 and Puma.com, as well as two special pop-up shops. That’s right, two pop-up shops are coming to New York City (125 W. 33rd St.) and Los Angeles (8380 Melrose Ave.) on Sept. 6 to fulfill all your Fenty needs.
The first drop will include a mock neck maxi dress, rising sun lacing sweatshirt and sweatpant and tear-away track jacket and pant, with more styles to come in October and November.
Given the popularity of the pop-up shop strategy, it comes as no surprise that the singer/style icon would choose to stage a couple of her own. After all, if Drake, Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Jay Z and even Guns N’ Roses are doing pop-ups, then so can Rihanna.
However, knowing Riri’s enthusiastic fan base, we expect that the pop-ups will be overflowing with people. Given the success of her shoe Fenty x Puma collection, which sells out within hours of each drop, there’s no telling what fans will do to get their hands on the new merch.

And if you need another reason to pickup Fenty x Puma gear (that is, aside from the fact that it came from Rihanna’s own gifted hand), you can take some inspiration from Kendall Jenner’s latest editorial for Vogue Japan, in which she rocks a branded hoodie and a death glare.
