FX Shifts ‘Rescue Me’ To Wednesdays

The seventh and final season of the Denis Leary drama will premiere a day later than scheduled.

FX Shifts 'Rescue Me' Wednesdays — Leary has been nominated twice as lead actor for Rescue Me but hasn't won.

FX has shifted the seventh and final season of Denis Leary and Peter Tolan’s Rescue Me to Wednesdays.

The season will now premiere Wednesday, July 13 at 10 p.m., a day later than the cable network announced in April.

The series will air its final nine episodes on Wednesdays this summer.
