Want to re-create a scene out of Girls‘ season-three “Beach House” episode from Sunday? Perhaps gather a few friends to choreograph that dance? The North Fork spread in which the gang sprawled out for a weekend is available for rent through HomeAway and VRBO, and has been since 2009.
The six-bedroom, four-bathroom beach house, actually called the Tower at Rocky Point of East Marion (in North Fork), sits on 3 acres with 300 feet of private beach and the 50-foot pool where Hannah and company splash around. The listing states it was originally built in 1895 and comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests.

It’s priced at $10,000 per week during the peak of August, and in the off-season ranges anywhere from $5,000 and $9,000. But occupying the house to its max comes to a nightly cost of only $54 per person in the off-season and $110 in the summer.
In an interview with Vulture, castmember Andrew Rannells said they filmed at this house because it’s owned by Jesse Peretz, the episode’s director.
So what are you waiting for? Gather your friends and make memories with your friends that will last a lifetime. At least, that’s what Hannah (Lena Dunham) says.
