Supermodel Gisele Bundchen and her husband, New England Patriots star quarterback Tom Brady, have moved into their new 22,000-square-foot Brentwood mansion.
The two-wing house features eight bedrooms, a six-car garage, a nursery for their 2-year-old son, Benjamin, a wine cellar, a weight room, an elevator and a lagoon pool with spa.
The couple bought the land in 2008 for $11 million and immediately drew up plans for a new house. They expanded the original plans to its current size after determining the house needed to be bigger.
Environmental activists criticized the couple for building such a huge house, but Bundchen defended their use of green construction techniques, including solar energy, rainwater recovery systems, energy-efficient appliances and sustainable building materials.
The house’s building cost has been estimated at $20 million; the couple’s net worth is reported to be $90 million.

Their new neighbors include Arnold Schwarzenegger and Heidi Klum and her singer husband, Seal, and the couple is also in close proximity to where Brady’s ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan lives with their 4-year-old son, John.
Bundchen and Brady started dating in 2007. The supermodel had previously dated Leonardo DiCaprio, while Brady was in a relationship with Moynahan. Bundchen and Brady were engaged in January 2009 and married one month later.
