Gloria Allred and three women who claim they were sexually assaulted by Bill Cosby are set to hold a press conference at 12:30 p.m. PT, the attorney’s office announced Wednesday in a press release.
At the conference at Allred’s Los Angeles office, the women’s rights attorney “will propose what she believes will be the best way for all of the women who allege that they were victims of Bill Cosby to obtain justice in this matter, and especially those women whose lawsuits may be dismissed because of the statute of limitations,” according to the news release.
The attorney’s office also said Allred’s “new and specific proposals will, in her opinion, also be fair to Bill Cosby.”

One of the women scheduled to attend the press event was a Jane Doe set to testify in Andrea Constand‘s 2005 lawsuit against Cosby for allegedly drugging and raping her. That lawsuit was settled in 2006 for an undisclosed amount.
Two more women planning to speak Wednesday have not come forward to the media before, the press release said.
Cosby has not spoken publicly about the assault allegations, though his representative and attorney have dismissed the claims.
