From classic silhouettes like Taraji P. Henson‘s strapless Stella McCartney number to more avant garde ensembles, like Jane Fonda’s ruffled Saint Laurent couture gown, the actresses chose to keep it cool in the angelic hue.

Swedish actress Alicia Vikander was a vision in Louis Vuitton (a natural choice, considering she was the face of the French fashion house’s spring campaign), while Cinderella actress Lily James was glowing in an asymmetrically cut Marchesa stunner.
Saoirse Ronan was goddess-like in a draped white dress, also by Saint Laurent couture, and Laverne Cox added a pop of color to her white Elizabeth Kennedy dress with emerald Lorraine Schwartz jewels.
