Kate Winslet won the Golden Globe for best performance by an actress in a supporting role in a motion picture.
She was nominated for her performance in Steve Jobs alongside Jane Fonda (Youth), Jennifer Jason Leigh (The Hateful Eight), Helen Mirren (Trumbo) and Alicia Vikander (Ex Machina). Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill (dressed as the Revenant bear) presented the award.
Steve Jobs stars Michael Fassbender as the late Apple chief, with Winslet as Jobs’ fearless marketing exec Joanna Hoffman. This marks her fourth win at the Golden Globes, having previously taken home awards for her roles in HBO’s Mildred Pierce in 2012, and Revolutionary Road and The Reader, both in 2009.
Patricia Arquette took home the win last year for her performance in Richard Linklater’s Boyhood.
The 73rd annual Golden Globes, hosted by Ricky Gervais, were held Sunday in Beverly Hills.
