Bill Cosby and Sony hack jokes, a surprise appearance by Prince and the inevitable name flub — the 72nd annual Golden Globe Awards may have had enough memorable moments to fill its three-hour run time, but offstage there were plenty of unaired happenings that millions of viewers didn’t catch.
From preshow antics to commercial break convos, The Hollywood Reporter lead awards analyst Scott Feinberg shares backstage moments from Sunday night’s ceremony that never made it to the screen.

5:44 p.m. — Lupita Nyong’o and Kate Hudson take a moment to chat during a quick break.
5:48 p.m. — The Beverly Hills fire department appears at the scene for a reported medical emergency. An unidentified man passed out at his table, but was determined to be OK.
6:43 p.m. — WME’s Ari Emanuel and Amazon’s Jeff Bezos catch up during a commercial break. With Transparent‘s win for best TV series in the comedy category and Jeffrey Tambor‘s subsequent win for best actor in a TV series, comedy or musical, Bezos is all smiles.
