H&M’s gigantic beauty line is about to get a little bigger.
The Swedish retailer, which recently expanded its beauty department by about 700 products last spring, has announced a new 30-piece line of eco-friendly cosmetics, skin care and hygiene products all of which retails between $7 and $13. The products will begin trickling in to stores next week, with the full line rolling out by the end of March.
From aluminum-free deodorants to natural face masks, the products are not only sustainably produced but also made of certified organic ingredients — aloe vera, white tea, jojoba oil and shea butter included. Even the minimalist, spa-like packaging is made of recycled materials.

In a statement, H&M beauty concept designer Sara Wallander remarked, “We already offer conscious choices with our fashion collections so it is natural for us to have the same offering within our beauty collection.”
The new beauty collection coincides with the launch of the Conscious Exclusive Collection, which is the latest installment of the brand’s sustainably produced H&M Conscious fashion line. The newest collection, which hits stores on April 7, is a collaboration between the fast-fashion giant and the Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris, featuring textiles inspired by French painter Gustave Moreau.
