Hannah Bronfman’s Beauty Bag: 6 Coachella Products She Can’t Live Without

New York-based DJ Hannah Bronfman may scour the country for beauty destinations to add to her salon and spa appointment booking app, Beautified. But the “It Girl” and six-time Coachella vet is no stranger to the Southern California desert, where she’ll return again this year for weekend one to spin private parties for Details and Old Navy, at least “officially.”

“I’m excited to be DJing for such large brands while I also enjoy the great music and sunshine,” Bronfman told Pret-a-Reporter. She’ll share the tables with longtime boyfriend Brendan Fallis (fellow DJ and manager for rapper Theophilus London) in tow.

Here, the beauty buff shares her top Coachella beauty essentials. She also gives us the low-down on what she’s most looking forward to and why Coachella holds extra-special memories for her.

Which acts are you dying to catch?

Excited for ASAP Ferg, Aloe Blacc, Blood Orange, Duke Dumont, OUTKAST, Haim and Pharrell! I am a big fan of the work of each of these artists.

We never have time to change in between the polo fields and the parties. What do you wear to the fest that doubles as party wardrobe?

A cute skirt and crop top is a great look that transitions well to different events. I’ll most likely be in a bikini top and a cute skirt and will switch it up for night with a bright lip, a crop top and cute chunky heels.

Beauty is your bread and butter, so we have to ask: What do you use while working in 95 degree heat?

Products that are easy. A good moisturizer and sunblock are essential for hydrating my skin. I also love bright eye pencils because it’s a super easy way to add a pop of color to your look. A facemask is essential by the time Sunday rolls around to undo the weekend’s festivities.

Coachella is a place where memories are made — we once scaled some fences ourselves — and you’ve been so many times. Do you have a favorite year?

Coachella 2012, because that was when my boyfriend [Fallis] told me that he loved me for the first time.
