A new clip from The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1 has debuted, and it’s telling Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) that Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) is alive.
The 41-second clip shows Katniss watching Peeta on a televised Capitol interview with Caesar Flickerman (Stanley Tucci), after he was separated from her upon the strategic end of the Quarter Quell.

“First off, you have to understand that when you’re in the Games, you only get one wish,” Peeta explains to Caesar, and those watching the broadcast. “It’s very costly.”
Directed by Francis Lawrence, the third onscreen installment of Suzanne Collins‘ dystopian book series — also starring Liam Hemsworth, Elizabeth Banks, Julianne Moore and the late Philip Seymour Hoffman — hits theaters on Nov. 21.
