TORONTO – DreamWorks Animation and 20th Century Fox’s How to Train Your Dragon 2 is set to light a little fire under Imax when it is released into its giant-screen theaters internationally from June 13.
Imax on Tuesday said it will digitally remaster the second installment of the How to Train Your Dragon trilogy in the 3D format.

The film stars returning voices from Jay Baruchel, Gerard Butler, Craig Ferguson, America Ferrera, Jonah Hill, T.J. Miller, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Kristen Wiig.
Cate Blanchett, Djimon Hounsou and Kit Harington are also adding their voices to the second chapter.
“Filmmaker Dean DeBlois has crafted a fun, action-fueled spectacle that kids of all ages are going to love,” said Greg Foster, senior executive vp at Imax Corp. and CEO of Imax Entertainment, in a statement.
