ABCLONDON — Keshet International’s U.K. outpost has hired Amelia Hann, the producer behind The Undateables and Wife Swap USA as head of unscripted programming.
Hann joins Israel’s Keshet in its London office to head up a distinctive new factual production company focused on original unscripted projects.

Hann will also be tasked with building joint ventures and co-productions with the U.K. creative community, developing a wide range of output across documentary, factual entertainment, entertainment and game shows.
The startup division aims to build on and complement Keshet’s existing programming slate, which includes scripted fare such as Prisoners of War and Homeland, to unscripted shows such as Girlfri3nds and The Vault.
Hann will report to managing director Alon Shtruzman.
Most recently, Hann served as executive producer on the The Undateables on the U.K.’s Channel 4.
Other credits include the BAFTA winning Ross Kemp on Gangs (Sky1), Wife Swap USA (ABC), Baby Bible Bashers (Channel 4) and The Hunt for Britain’s Sex Traffickers (Channel 4).

Shtruzman said Hann’s hire is an indicator of the company’s expansion plans.
“I’m excited about the scale and ambition of what Keshet is trying to achieve, it’s a great opportunity to build something new and I look forward to collaborating with some of the best talent out there both in-house and as co-producers,” Hann said of her new role.
Keshet International signaled in December its intention to expand into U.K. production, hiring former Sky and La Plante executive Sara Johnson to spearhead the company’s scripted programming efforts.
At the same time it appointed Channel 4’s Lee Mason as development producer.
