The married couple have been spending the summer in a Holmby Hills mansion that rents for $200,000 per month, and they are considering purchasing the $39.9 million estate, according to the Los Angeles Times.
It’s a 16,000-square-foot seven-bedroom home and includes two libraries. Because when is one library ever enough?
The Times also reports that the pair have been making repeated visits to a 23,000-square-foot Beverly Hills home, this one costing $85 million. Amenities include an 18-seat movie theater and a 14-person spa.
Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency is selling the Holmby Hills pad. Ben Bacal of Rodeo Realty and Branden Williams and Rayni Romito of Hilton & Hyland/Christie’s International Real Estate are representing the Beverly Hills listing.
