? BUD LIGHT HOTEL EVENTS
Not satisfied with its annual hotel takeover, this year the beer brand commandeered a 145,655-ton Norwegian Getaway cruise ship, plus the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, Pier 88 and surrounding areas on Manhattan’s West Side. Capable of sleeping 4,000 people in 1,900 rooms, the Bud Light Hotel will have 48 eateries including Geoffrey Zakarian‘s Ocean Blue and Cake Boss Buddy Valastro‘s Carlo’s Bakery. Imagine Dragons and Foo Fighters will be performing on Jan. 31 and Feb. 1, respectively, in the ship’s concert space.

? MAXIM‘S BIG GAME WEEKEND
Attending the magazine’s annual event will be Mistresses actress Alyssa Milano, who says, “Although I am a New York Giants fan, this game should be great!” Kendrick Lamar hosts its Feb. 1 bash at Espace in Midtown West.
? ESPN THE PARTY
Lamar also will perform at ESPN’s event the night before with Robin Thicke at Pier 36/Basketball City. Says Tony Schubert of Event Eleven: “We are building 20 life-size skyscrapers to represent the New York skyline.”

The Cipriani 42nd Street gala on Jan. 31 hosted by American Media’s flagship magazines will have Robert De Niro, Katie Couric and Meg Ryan attending. Mary J. Blige, John Legend and Marc Anthony will perform at the seated dinner.
? DIRECTV BEACH BOWL AND PARTY
On Feb. 1, the company once again will fill its DTV SuperFan Stadium, this year at Hudson River Park Pier 40, with 1 million pounds of sand for its Beach Bowl celebrity flag football game. Among those scheduled to play are The Vampire Diaries‘ Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder. DirecTV has confirmed that tickets to the Feb. 1 party with Jay Z already are being counterfeited.
? JAY Z’S ROC NATION SPORTS VIP PARTIES
The rapper also will host a party that same night at his 40/40 Manhattan club, capping a three-night events block by Roc Nation Sports and Airbnb. An NYC food-theme party (think pretzel stands) kicks it off on Jan. 29, with a tech-themed party following Jan. 30.

If one’s calendar hasn’t yet exploded, the weekend also will see a hush-hush GQ bash Jan. 31 at the Standard’s Boom Boom Room. Lamborghini is throwing its 5th Big Game Big Give, hosted by Alec Baldwin, also Jan. 31.
