Jeremy Renner not only acts, he house flips.
The Avengers star has been diving into the world of real estate for the past decade, flipping more than 15 homes in L.A., according to Yahoo’s OMG blog. His latest investment includes a mansion he bought at auction for $7 million. After renovations, the two-acre home is now being sold for nearly $25 million.
According to the listing, the Holmby Hills residence includes six bedrooms, 11 baths and five fireplaces on the two-acre land. The mansion also features 14-foot ceilings, a cobblestone driveway, pool, spa and home theater. Dubbed as “The Reserve,” the lush estate is described in the listing as a “20s Art Deco style home fit for a 21st century Howard Hughes.”

Renner became interested in house flipping after he signed on to star in S.W.A.T. and realized it was time to stop renting. In an August interview with Esquire, he said, “it was just money going out the window.” The actor then purchased a 1960s house, and with the help of fellow actor Kristoffer Winters, remodeled it. They were offered $900,000 after originally paying $659,000 for the home.
Aside from real estate, the actor next stars as Hansel in Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters, which hits theaters Friday.
