President Joe Scarborough just doesn’t have the right ring to it, at least according to Keith Olbermann.
After a report emerged Tuesday that the MSNBC host’s upcoming memoir was intended to test the waters for a possible 2016 presidential bid, Olbermann took to Twitter to give his expert analysis on his former colleague’s chances.

In a series of “HAHA”-heavy tweets, the liberal media personality went on to speculate that former Sen. John Edwards “has a better chance of being elected President. THIS year.” (Find the rest of the tweets below.)
Scarborough has since denied an interest in seeking the presidency in 2016, telling Politico he had “no plans” to do so.
Olbermann is renowned for his feuds, and Scarborough, a former Republican congressman, has been no exception.
The two clashed on air when they were both at MSNBC. During coverage of the 2008 Democratic National Convention, a tense, two minute-exchange ensued after Scarborough suggested Sen. John McCain was gaining ground on then-candidate Obama.

Olbermann said under his breath “Get a shovel,” to which Scarborough responded:
“I mean, ‘Get a shovel’? Keith, my God.”
In 2010, Olbermann called Republican Scott Brown, then a Senate candidate, “homophobic” and “racist.” Scarborough slammed the statement, calling it “reckless” and “sad.”
Scarborough, co-host of MSNBC’s Morning Joe, represented Florida’s first congressional district for six years, and was a member of the 1994 “Contract with America” class. He has criticized Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney’s campaign as not being truly conservative.
