The fifth annual Napa Valley Film Festival has announced the opening night and gala screenings, as well as the celebrity tributes.
Bruce Dern will receive the Legendary Actor Tribute and John Travolta will receive the festival’s Career Achievement Tribute.
Lydia Hearst, Evan Peters and Finn Wittrock will receive the Rising Star Tributes, while one half of Key and Peele, Keegan-Michael Key, will receive a Trailblazer Tribute.
The celebrity tributes will take place on Friday, November 13 at the Lincoln Theater in Yountville, with on-stage conversations with Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush.
The world premiere of Somm: Into the Bottle, the sequel to the successful doc Somm, will be the opening night screening.
Spotlight, starring Rachel McAdams, Liev Schreiber, Michael Keaton and Mark Ruffalo as the Boston Globe journalists that expose an unfrocked priest who molested over 80 boys, will be the festival’s Gala screening.
The festival will run from Nov. 11 to 15, and will feature 12 unique screening venues in the four towns across the Napa Valley.
