On Friday, the anti-selfie pop singer got her nose pierced and posted a video on Instagram for her six million followers. “Last time I did this I was on my own with a safety pin & cube of ice @ 13,” she wrote in the caption. “This time I thought it was best I left it to the pro’s. Sorry mom (again).” Talk about a “teenage dream” come true.
