After realizing how immense Hurricane Harvey’s damage has been to the people in the Houston area, Kevin Hart took to Instagram for a sincere plea for donations to the Red Cross.
“Serious moment right now,” said the comedian, telling his fans that he was alarmed to hear about the severe devastation in Houston and the surrounding areas following record-breaking rainfall and flooding that came with the weekend’s hurricane in Texas. “This shit is unbelievable.”
Hart said that people participate in a lot of internet challenges, both meaningful and meaningless, and he’d like to start a Hurricane Harvey Relief Challenge by calling on his celebrity friends to donate $25,000 to the Red Cross for the storm’s victims.
