This story first appeared in the Aug. 1 issue of The Hollywood Reporter magazine.

It’s a unique Woodland Hills, Calif., house: Script supervisor Jules (who also manages Kristen) painted Alice in Wonderland murals and even an outdoor chessboard on concrete. But she unloaded it for only $1.2 million.
The buyers have done a major redo, removing the murals but keeping the chessboard. It’s now about to hit the market — at $1.7 million (listed with realtor Linda St. George), and this time they’re definitely using Kristen’s name in listing info.
