Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler proposed to the Laguna Beach and The Hills actress as they vacationed in Mexico over the weekend. “He surprised her with a quick trip to Cabo [San Lucas] to ask her to marry him,” the source tells People magazine. The two have been dating since last fall. Her rep could not be reached for comment.
