Pre-pregnancy, Kylie Jenner’s every move was meticulously documented on Snapchat. Then, suddenly and without fair warning, she vanished.
Fans accustomed to checking in on Kylie at regular, 15-minute intervals were left to wonder, what could she possibly be doing if not gazing glassy-eyed into the lens of her iPhone, Koko-colored pout front and center? Was she still taking squatting track suit selfies in front of mirrors? Who was to say?
Then, just as abruptly as she disappeared, Jenner re-emerged out of her social media cocoon like the silk-pajama-clad butterfly she is, with a newborn daughter in hand. Turns out, while she was pregnant with Stormi, she’d been hiking and chilling out max and relaxing all cool and — as we learned today — developing a new collection for Kylie Cosmetics.

The Weather Collection, officially available on Feb. 28 (prices are not yet available), is one of the biggest Kylie Cosmetics releases to date. “I worked on this pretty much my entire pregnancy,” she said on her Instagram story. (She’s over Snapchat, if you haven’t heard.) “Right after we chose Stormi’s name, her name really inspired me. I spent a lot of time on this collection and put a lot of detail into it.”
The robust collection consists of dark and moody liquid “Glitter Eyes” eye shadows, glosses, highlighters, gel liners and a new matte lip stick formula — all of which are perfect for the goth mom in your life. Also included in the collection are “Calm Before the Storm” and “Eye of the Storm” eye palettes, featuring spacey shades of yellow, navy blue, charcoal gray and black in matte as well as shimmery finishes. The entire Weather Collection features hues with names like “Cyclone,” “Lightning Bolt” and “Flash” because Jenner really took this weather theme and ran with it.
While some wondered if Jenner would sell off her booming beauty business, which is expected to be worth $1 billion by 2022, it looks like the 20-year-old has no such intention.
