Los Angeles City Councilman Eric Garcetti, who is locked in a tight mayoral runoff against City Controller Wendy Greuel, has played a mayor named Ramon Quintero in recent years on TNT’s sibling LAPD dramas Major Crimes and the recently canceled The Closer.
