Country musicians Charles Kelley, Hillary Scott and Dave Haywood accept the Country Song of the Year award. The trio also performed their new single "Just a Kiss" during the show. Asked about the pressure of following up their multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning album Need You Now, Scott says, "We would be lying if we said it didn't weigh on us at points, but there's strength in numbers with the three of us. We're such good friends and we can lean on each other."
