A Latino Rights PAC is offering to pay big bucks for a heckler to denounce Donald Trump when he hosts Saturday Night Live this weekend.
DeportRacism.com has announced that it will pay $5,000 to a studio audience member at the live show who shouts out either “Deport Trump” or “Trump is a racist.” If more than one audience member disrupts Trump, the award will be divided equally between the hecklers.
The offer comes after a coalition of advocacy groups delivered petitions to the network Wednesday calling for Trump to be dropped from the show for his xenophobic comments about immigrants.
“We’re hoping the $5,000 will help people on set or in the studio audience find the bravery to speak out loudly and help focus the national conversation on that we need to deport racism, not people,” said Santiago Cejudo, one of DeportRacism’s organizers in a statement to The New York Post. “It’s 2016, and Trump needs to hear that you can’t win the White House without the brown vote.”
Saturday’s appearance will mark Trump’s second time hosting SNL. The reality star-turned-presidential frontrunner first hosted in 2004.
