Left Shark, the real winner from Katy Perry‘s halftime show, left the Internet buzzing after the Super Bowl — so much so that it even inspired one fashion label to consider re-creating the costume.
New York-based menswear brand Bonobos, which opened its first SoCal brick-and-mortar store in L.A. last June, asked its Twitter followers on Sunday if the company should redesign the much-buzzed-about costume.
Should we make those shark costumes from the @katyperry #HalftimeShow ? RT and we will set up a @kickstarter. #SuperBowl #SuperBowlXLIX

Obviously, the Internet wanted in on the action because within an hour of posting that tweet, Bonobos set up a landing page for email signups so that interested buyers could get shark suit updates.

Since then, the online retailer has teased its inspiration board for the supposed Shark Suit creation and posted an Instagram of a tech designer getting down to business in the design studio.
Step 1 in #SharkSuit creation, make an inspiration board. RT to support the dream. @katyperry http://t.co/c4TWXsAMi4 pic.twitter.com/1To5aJEtrO

While it’s unclear whether or not the #SharkSuit is actually happening, Bonobos CEO Andy Dunn told Re/code, “We have thousands of emails. Most-liked Instagram for us of the year. The world is a funny place.”
In the mean time, you can always work on those awkward dance moves.
