TORONTO — Terminator star Linda Hamilton is going to Canada to become a sexy and ruthless assassin.
Hamilton, who has appeared in several episodes of NBC’s Chuck, is to guest star in an episode of the Canadian supernatural series Lost Girl as Acacia, who has enjoyed a storied and deadly career.
Lost Girl airs on Syfy stateside and Showcase in Canada.
The upcoming third season will also see Rachel Skarsten (The Vow) recur as a new succubus, while Emmanuelle Vaugier (Covert Affairs) will reprise her role as The Morrigan.
Lost Girl also stars Anna Silk, Kris Holden-Ried and Ksenia Solo.
The Canadian drama was developed by Prodigy Pictures in association with Shaw Media and Showcase.
Syfy acquired the first two seasons of the series in May 2011.
