Minelli turned heads with her brightly hued locks, but expect the songstress to steal the spotlight later in an onstage Judy Garland-Wizard of Oz tribute during the ceremony. Minelli, who had her own Oscar-winning moment in 1973 for Best Actress in Cabaret, is rumored to be joined by Joey and Lorna Luft—Garland’s children with her third husband and manager Sid Luft—for the occasion.
