Madonna has announced her latest album title, and it is — drumroll — “M.D.N.A.,” an abbreviated play on her name.
The singer revealed the news in a pre-taped interview on Wednesday’s edition of The Graham Norton Show on the BBC. Then, she posted an update on her official website.
This will be Madonna’s 12th studio album — and first since she signed a three-album deal with Interscope Records worth $40 million last month. The record with the title suggesting a dance-heavy vibe is expected in March, although an official release date has yet to be pinned down.

According to a post on Glamour U.K.’s website, she said in her Graham Norton appearance: “It’s soon. It depends how quickly people hack in to my server and leak it. Can people wait? It’s terrible.”
She refers to an incident last November wherein a 31-year-old man in Zaragoza, Spain, was arrested and charged with the crime of leaking a demo of her single, “Give Me All Your Love.” The culprit,, described by police as a “big Madonna fan,” was identified only by the initials J.R.M. and later released.

“Give Me All Your Love” was to be part of Madonna’s first new album since 2008’s Hard Candy, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 Chart upon its release that May. The singer is scheduled to perform at the Super Bowl XLVI Halftime Show on Feb. 5.
