Giorgio Armani was pretty in pink at his Prive show during Paris Couture Week, with a show anchored in the playful hue.
The invitation read “shocking,” and if not in silhouette then in the shade of bold fuchsia that was the core color of the bright collection. Models sported spiky shocks of short black hair with the punky pink on lips as well.

A longtime fan of the designer, Tomei said he embraces all facets of the feminine. “He shows female strength and an incredible sensuality. To combine those things, to not be afraid of that in a woman and to bring that out – it’s divine.”
She’s also enamored with the wardrobe on Empire, in which she plays a “power lesbian” next season.
“They have an extremely fantastic budget for clothing so everything is just the most impeccable designer stuff and it’s very, very exciting when you go into your wardrobe fitting,” she said. “Sometimes it can be like, ‘This isn’t the thing but it kind of looks like the thing.’ But this is like the thing. It’s the real thing, baby.”
“I like to feel comfortable in my own skin,” she said of her personal style. But when it comes to stilettos, that’s something she’s “willing to sacrifice on.” But she might not have to — Armani showed flats along with his bold jackets, black velvet trousers and ball gowns alike.
“I’m on tour right now,” said Legend, who stopped in Paris between London and Locarno with wife Tiegen. “It was over before it started,” he joked of the short three-and-a-half week tour across Europe. The couple also took in a Wimbledon match where they saw Venus and Serena Williams battle it out. “It was sweet,” he said.
Tiegen, who’s a fan of posting nearly nudes, was Instagramming from the front row.
Even Owen was surprised by the A-list front row. “I didn’t know Juliette was going to be here, I looked over and went ‘Oh wow!’” Owen declared the collection “beautiful” and said he couldn’t pick just one item for his wife. “All of it,” he said, before perhaps second thoughts of the price tag kicked in. “Wait, I have to think about that.”
