A bus driver filed assault charges Tuesday against Matthew Fox for a Saturday night incident in which he allegedly hit her while attempting to board her hired coach in Cleveland.
The city’s prosecutors office told CNN it was reviewing Heather Bormann‘s complaint. The office also took pictures of Bormann’s bruised legs and arms, which she claims were the result of the actor’s drunken rampage. Fox was in Cleveland shooting the film I, Alex Cross.
